The Alt GR key is located at the bottom right of your keyboard, next to the spacebar. You rarely use it, except when you write your emails to make the @ sign. But in reality, this key allows you to type specific characters that do not appear on your keyboard at first glance. It is used exactly like the capitals key.
These symbols that appear with the Alt GR key
You should know that depending on the country, the symbols given by the Alt GR key are different. For example, on the French keyboard, if you press Alt GR and the star (*) key simultaneously, you will get the dollar sign ($).
You can bring up the third symbols that appear on the 1/2/3/4/5 keys located at the top of your keyboard. For example, to get this "[" symbol, you must press Alt GR and the 5 on your keyboard. Finally, on Word, the combination of the keys Alt GR and the U double underlines the text that you have highlighted.
