The next F1 season begins with the Bahrain Grand Prix on March 28 and will end on December 12 in Abu Dhabi (there will be a stage in France on June 27).The content on F1 TV will benefit from a 1080p broadcast in 50 I/S and can be transmitted to its TV, from the iOS and Android apps by AirPlay or Chromecast.
The interface was reviewed to facilitate research in archives and other content;The change of channel has been improved and we now have full control over live broadcast to return to a moment of the race, regardless of the point of view (on -board cameras included).
The changes will be visible today on the F1 TV site and will be gradually offered on iOS, Android, Roku and Amazon Fire apps in the first half of the season.Apple TV (and Android TV) versions are still in development and will not arrive until later in the year.
This service works according to two formulas.The first “Access TV” at € 26.99 per year is made of replay and access to the archives.The second, "TV pro", also gives the complete direct, control of cameras and listening to pilots radios for € 64.99 per year.
