Learn how to make prints from your smartphone easily.
You may need to print a file (photo, text, powerpoint presentation, Excel table, etc.) from your smartphone. For a long time, this simple manipulation was complicated, but the Google teams in charge of Android have finally developed a simple solution.
To print from your Smartphone, you will need:
Once the applications are installed, you will need to make your printer available for your smartphone, so open Chrome and in the address bar, type: chrome://devices.
You will then see this menu appear:
Click on the Add printers button then select the printers you want to add before validating:
On your smartphone, open the Settings menu > Advanced Settings > Printing (on some smartphones, you can also launch the application directly from the list of applications).
Select Google Cloud Print, you should now see your printer in the list of printers:
You can now print from your Android smartphone directly to your printer. Be careful though: for everything to work properly, you will need to turn on your computer. The latter acting as a relay between your smartphone and your printer.>> Forum: Problems printing from your Android smartphone? Contact our Mobile Experts.
