The update of iTunes for Windows distributed since yesterday poses a problem with a lot of people on Windows 10.The application refuses to start, invoking absent files. This revision is numbered 12.12.06, it was out to correct safety flaws.
A first temporary solution given by users is to use the Windows uninstallation function on the files placed by Apple on their PC.Then recover an old version of iTunes. And finally, to refuse for the moment the proposal to make it evolve towards a more recent version.
The other observation made afterwards is that the problem only occurs on windows resolved on another language than English. No need to change the regional settings, simply the interface display language.Once in English, iTunes launches normally.
Two options while waiting for Apple to correct its software.
