1°) Introduction

While we are talking about the primary of the right and the left and now about the PenelopeGate, everything else has fallen by the wayside. We have no more information on what is happening abroad, on industrial and banking scandals, white-collar corruption and others. The inconvenient truths about pollution and dirty electric cars have been censored and replaced with propaganda. Yet Anne Hidalgo, mayor of Paris, and Ségolène Royal, minister of ecology, have relocated pollution (10 min video) to South America and the economy. They prohibit the poor without teeth who have cars from before 1997 to drive in Paris because it seems that they pollute. In addition, they enrich the manufacturers and their shareholders.
