Expected in French theaters on December 15, Spider-Man: No Way Home continues to cultivate mystery. But to keep us waiting until then, Marvel Studios has shared a new poster of the film which gives us several interesting indications.
Spidey and Strange vs All
In this new poster, Spider-Man and Doctor Strange, aka the Master of the Mystic Arts, stand side by side to (apparently) face off against three super- naughty. The metallic tentacles of Doctor Octopus are clearly visible in the foreground. The Green Goblin is on his hoverboard in the background on the right, and the lightning bolts of Electro finally complete the set.
Note that the previous poster also teased the potential presence of the villainous Sandman.
How could we fail to notice the atypical and distorted layout of the city of New York, a way no doubt to refer to the multiverse, central element of phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
A new trailer is scheduled for November 17
A new trailer is scheduled for Wednesday, November 17 with hopefully some crisp details about the adventure and the dangers that Spider-Man will face.
We can notably expect appearances from Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, the two previous interpreters of Spider-Man.
While waiting for these new images, we will have to content ourselves with the reactions of the actors Tom Holland, Zendaya and Jacob Batalon, who are in all rather enthusiastic cases.
A video has indeed been published on Tom Holland's Instagram account, and it can be seen below:
