SOSH improves access to its customer service
The Sosh assistance page has been redesigned to allow you to easily find the most suitable response to your request.If necessary, you can be put directly in contact with a customer advisor by enamer or email. (1)
From April 14, 2015, only one call number will be available, 3976 (2) for the following reasons:
- commissioning of your equipment- flight, loss or mobile breakdown- Internet payment of your invoice
Consequently, the paying number 776 will no longer be reachable from this date.
And if not, there are always to find 24/7 answers, the FAQs, the assistance tools and the Sosh community support forum.
(1) Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. except public holidays for all questions of mobile technical assistance, and 7/7 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. for all Internet technical assistance issues.
(2) Call number available from a fixed or mobile, free waiting time from the orange networks then, if the call is issued from a SOSH mobile line, call deducted from the package according to the offer, if theCall is issued by a fixed orange line or an Sosh or Orange Internet line, call billed at the price of normal communication (€ 0.078 per call, then € 0.028 per minute from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. excluding holidays; € 0.014 per minute the rest of the time).From the line of another operator, consult their prices.
