Shortly after the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, which occurred on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020 in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn), her mobile phone had mysteriously reactivated.A mystery that finds its resolution today.

On December 16, 2020, France learned of the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar.Aged 33, this Tarnaise nurse vanished on the night of December 15 to 16 after having, according to her husband Cédric Jubillar, left his home in Cagnac-les-Mines to walk his dogs.Delphine Jubillar has stopped giving news to her loved ones overnight. But to everyone's surprise, his mobile phone, not found since his disappearance, turned on in the evening of February 9, 2021.For several hours, the relatives of the nurse tried to join her, in vain. The device finally died again on the morning of February 10, without anyone understanding how it had been reactivated...

Till today. In its January 19, 2022 issue, the new detective finally elucidated the mystery."Who played with the phone, the killer? Delphine herself, still alive?", First questioned our colleagues, before providing the answer that everyone was waiting for: "In reality, it is the investigators whoAccess the device remotely."Thus, investigators from the Toulouse research section, in charge of the investigation since its opening in December 2020, would themselves have infiltrated the disappeared phone in the hope of locating it.Unfortunately, the operation did not give anything.

New excavations to find the body of Delphine Jubillar

More than a year after her disappearance, Delphine Jubillar remains not found. This Monday, January 17, nevertheless, a new excavation operation was ordered around a farm located on the way to Drignac, in Cagnac-les-Mines.The agricultural building, located on land ravaged by the flames on April 15, 2021, was mentioned several times by Cédric Jubillar as the place where the body of his wife would be hidden. In the meantime, the nurse's husband is still considered the main suspect and remains incarcerated at the Seysses prison.

Delphine Jubillar : un des mystères de l'affaire résolu, l'origine de l'activation de son téléphone élucidée

Hello, presumption of innocence; It is curious that the accused seems to be very strong that all the investigators gathered.Good luck to them.

It is curious that a wreck as jubillard can be stronger than all the investigators together I hope that this sad sire will soon stop insufficient

This telephonne is one of the proofs of Cedric's innocence and this cop story is not standing up and why wait 1 years to tell the truth?

It was by no means the authorities who revealed that investigators had taken control of distance, but enthusiasts in relation to the new detective. It is very likely that the person who connected the phone (after the disappearance of DJ) turned it off shortly after, and that the investigators did not have time to do much. But in order not to be accused of favoring one thesis rather than another, I must say that it could quite be DJ herself who turned on then turns off her smartphone, after her disappearance, even if I don't believe it much.

everything that innocent CJ is systematically dismantled to become a load.as the possibility of having drugged the kid; They say it was done too late!Well let's see! As a reminder, we found arsenic in Napoleon's hair more than a century after his death. And there it would have been too late!it becomes disgusting of bias.a clando supported by humanitarian workers, he would have been outside for a long time and with apologies.

The new detective finally elucidated the mystery: "In reality, it was the investigators who acted remotely to the device."(Info drawn from the article above.) It does not surprise me.We would like to know if the RG used a safety flaw in a smartphone app or a smartphone safety flaw itself, or why not, the possible complicity of the manufacturer of the smartphone and/or an app publisher. But I fear that people who have these answers will never give them. All we can hope for is the name of the smartphone operating system (iOS or Android).Does anyone have this info to refer paranos that don't like third parties put their nose in their smartphone? Thanks!

    40RépondreSignaler un abus LindaLe 21/01 à 19:26

It is unlikely that the RG used a safety flaw. They most certainly used what is called a "stolen" (or "backdoor" in English) existing in one of the apps of the DJ smartphone (in order to take control of it when the phone was turned on)).No serious app publisher would have fun risking its reputation by incorporating such backdoors into its apps. But if an editor is (more or less kindly) "invited" to do so in secret, uninformed users cannot realize it.Take an example: all antico*ID.Even if this app is officially "open source", the average user (from a "rooted" smartphone) has no way of checking if it is the original app that has been installed from the blinds ofapp. It could indeed be a variant with Backdoor...And if the backdoor is only activated on the instruction received by the Internet, the applies can be fooled and therefore leave apps with backdoor in these blinds.

I respect her, it seems to me....But I'll let you settle the problem....and get out of here....As for Machin, I am sorry but an explanation is essential....You don't want, ok but then everything must stop....

    466RépondreSignaler un abus MalefiqueLe 20/01 à 13:01

It was in February 2021......More than two months after his disappearance so this phone was recovered by a person with the SIM card.....I assume that the investigators had to try again....but without success....Maybe the changed card....Who can know now where this phone is

Evidamant that you are wrong and you want to know why because Cedric is innocent I think all the time! I know things, I know how to recognize an "impostor" and, a "revisionist", that is a number?! =
