MOBILE PHONE PLAN
While subscribers blithely denounce this practice, telecom operators regularly (and discreetly) increase their customers' packages by offering them attractive options. However, it is possible to oppose it if you are not interested.
The operators are not lacking in imagination to try to enrich your package. Access to 5G, additional television content, digital reading application or increase in gigas internets… these various contents offered allow telecommunications companies to justify their increases. If you are not interested in these offers and you are annoyed to see your package increase surreptitiously, you can nevertheless oppose them.
How to counter these offers
So how do you avoid finding yourself having to pay for a new option without your knowledge? You must first of all arm yourself with vigilance, not to say distrust, when you receive an email from your mobile operator (or a text message). Pay close attention to its content and do not skim through it. It may be a press release informing you of the upcoming increase in your plan enriched with a new option and the link to oppose it is generally in it. By clicking on it, you will be redirected to your customer area and you can keep your initial package. If, despite everything, you missed the date on which the option became payable, do not hesitate to contact your customer service directly to dispute the subscription to your new option. Your advisor at the end of the line will cancel it for you and in the worst case, he will redirect you to the email you may have missed or send you a new link to oppose the offer. Be careful, however, not to show up too late, the absence of refusal before a deadline (about 4 months after the launch of the offer in general) is worth commitment.

You also have the option of breaking your contract and changing operator, but this more radical decision does not necessarily guarantee peace of mind, the vast majority of market players use this commercial policy.
