An Orange advisor will support the phone and offer a quote for repair.The operations include the screen change (from 69 to 449 €), rear shell (from 29 to 109 €), camera (from 39 to 289 €) and battery (from 39 to 99 €).After approval, if the store includes a workshop, the advisor can transmit the device to a technician who will repair during the day, depending on the available parts.Otherwise, the device can be sent to a boutique on the Save.co network to make the repair or will remain in store until the reception of the room by the Save.co. network.The repaired part is guaranteed 12 months.
Orange subscribers (Open Pack and Mobile Packages) can take advantage of the equivalent phone loan for the period of repair.SOSH subscribers can also take advantage of it for € 39.Orange mobile insurance subscribers (optional mobile offers, SOSH and Open pack) must report the incident to the operator to benefit from the reimbursement of the service before sending the device to the store.
