Subscriber Orange or Sosh?If you count travel abroad with your package, you may wonder how much it will cost you.First good news, in Europe, roaming costs no longer exist.Concretely, this means that in travel, you can use your mobile package in Europe as in France, without being surcharged. For the rest of the world, we will probably not find the best mobile package to travel abroad at Orange or Sosh.We will have to be satisfied with a few options that will allow the bare minimum to be borne on your mobile internationally.
Orange, Sosh: calls, SMS/MMS without additional cost from Europe and the DOM
The abolition of roaming costs does not mean that using its orange or sosh package in Europe is free. It's just that it does not cost more than national communication.A great relief for many travelers who wish to be able to continue using their mobile phone on vacation.
Countries included in Orange/Sosh mobile offers
Your package will be usable in the following countries as in France: Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania,Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, reply.Czech, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.
For customers of the historic operator, call from Spain, Belgium, Poland or any other country in the Europe area to a fixed or mobile number of these territories is absolutely nothing more (idem for the DOM).And receive calls either. This regardless of your package, from the mini offer to € 1.99/month in the 150 GB package, without forgetting the old Origami, Zen, Play or Jet subscriptions, so or the Open Coupled formulas.
If your offer does not include unlimited calls (example: 2h orange package, SOSH 2H), the communication time will simply be deducted from your monthly allowance. In the event of an exceeding of package, the additional time will be billed only at the national ex-format rate.
Likewise, no expense to be expected for SMS/MMS sent from Europe and DOM, or for messages received when you travel in these areas.
Be careful however: these rules are only worth for communications passed out of France: calls/SMS/MMS from Metropolitan France to Europe and the DOM will remain invoiced at the rate in force at Orange and Sosh (unless these destinations are included inyour package).
The whole mobile internet of your package available in Europe and overseas
Also simplicity if you want to go on the Internet in Germany, Italy or Croatia: all of the mobile data included in Orange and Sosh offers can be used during your trips to Europe, without any additional costs.Whether you have a Sosh 50 MB package or an Orange 60 GB subscription, so you can stay connected everywhere in Europe on the 4G network without being surcharged.Mobile data consumed in France or Europe/DOM will be deducted from the same envelope.
There either, no unpleasant surprises: in case of exceeding your data quota during a trip to Europe or overseas, the flow will be automatically reduced, without additional costs. As for blocked internet packages..., they remain blocked.
Only a few rare subscriptions do not include a flow rate once the data envelope is exhausted (Sosh 2h 50 MB, Sosh unlimited 50 MB).On these two formulas, the consumption outdoor will be billed at the national rate, or 0.05 €/MB (50 €/GB).On the other hand, if you have the Internet Plus option at € 5/month for 1 GB, you can also use it in full in Europe under France as in France.
Orange or Sosh package: be careful if you are traveling in Europe often
These roaming rules aim to allow all European consumers to pay less to use their mobile on a trip. However, they are accompanied by a restriction: do not use your package too intensively in the rest of Europe or in the DOM.If, over a period of four consecutive months, your consumption is more important outside France and if, at the same time, your SIM card attests to a more frequent presence in these territories than in France, your usemay be deemed abusive by your operator.
The latter can then ask you to regularize your situation within 15 days.Otherwise overcharging will apply to your consumption, up to 3.84 cents of euros/min TTC, 1.2 cm/sms and 0.0042 €/MB, or 4.2 €/GB consumed to the maximum.
Traveling to Europe with an orange prepaid card
Don't you have an orange package but a prepaid formula? The rules are the same! The entire credit (calls, SMS/MMS and mobile internet) included on your card is available in all countries in the Europe and DOM zone.
The units will be deducted at the same price and under the same conditions as in France.Valid terms whatever the formula chosen: Mobicarte, Orange Holidays or ready-to-surfer and let's Go Remonds Go.
Orange or SOSH package internationally: unchanged prices
If you use your orange package or your SOSH mobile subscription to call, send SMS/MMS or consult the Internet elsewhere than in Europe or overseas, the roaming costs currently in force continue to apply, as follows(billed at the second after an indivisible first minute):
Very high prices from which we can escape thanks to the different travel options offered by the two brands.Evasion Pass billed between 12 and 30 €, which will allow us to use your Sosh subscription punctually or its Orange mobile plan abroad, without the risk of exploding the invoice.
