Xiaomi's accessible range is marketed under the Redmi brand and since last year the Note 10 has been causing a stir. This bestseller is replaced by the Redmi Note 11, which will be available in 2022 in three versions (in addition to a fourth compatible with 5G). The Redmi Note 11, Note 11S, Note 11 Pro and Pro 5G are much the same, but for a few euros more or less, you can equip yourself with a smartphone at the best value for money on the market. Among their differences: screen sizes, processor capacity, camera and battery charging. We offer you a comparison.

What are the differences between these different Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 in 2022? Which model to choose, between a Redmi Note 11, 11S and a Redmi Note 11 Pro? Here is a page to help you distinguish the three Redmi smartphones that will be talked about a lot this year, as their marketing begins this month of February.
Comparison: Redmi Note 11, 11S or 11 Pro?
To begin in this comparison of the differences between Redmi Note 11, Note 11S and Note 11 Pro, we will look at the design, colors, screen and dimensions of each smartphone. These are minor points in this comparison, but they may be able to help you choose. To discover the major differences between Redmi Note 11, 11S and 11 Pro, read the rest of this comparison.
Design differences
The design of the model does not differ according to the versions. Note that the Note 11 has fewer curves than the Note 10. We notice the influence of the design of the iPhone 13 with the angular borders which, to our taste, are the most beautiful effect. For the grip, it adds a feeling of quality while the smartphone remains a device made of plastic (to limit costs).
The Redmi Note 11 Pro is slightly wider than the Redmi Note 11 and 11S: 164.19mm x 76.1mm x 8.12mm versus 159.87mm x 73.87mm x 8.09mm. The screen protection of the Redmi Note 11 Pro is superior to the other two versions thanks to its Gorilla Glass 5 glass (versus Gorilla Glass 3), an advantage against micro-scratches. Note that the three smartphones have an IP53 certification for waterproofing. The smartphone therefore cannot go into the water (in exchange, the device has a jack port).
As for the colors, we can find each variation in a black “Graphite Gray” version. Then, two other choices are specific to the Redmi Note 11, Note 11S and Note 11 Pro. A special color is also offered for the Note 11 Pro 5G.

Screen differences
Xiaomi offered the Redmi Note 10 with a single screen size: 6.43 inches. This is taken up by the Redmi Note 11 and Note 11S, but now a 6.67-inch panel is added. It equips the Redmi Note 11 Pro. As you can see, the difference is subtle, but if you prefer larger screens, you'll have to look to the Note 11 Pro. Moreover, the latter has superior display capabilities: the refresh rate is 120 Hz, an exclusivity on the version. The Note 11 and Note 11S are limited to a fluidity of the image at 90 Hz.
The refresh rate is a detail for some, a real plus for others who will appreciate the fluidity of the animations and the additional game quality for gaming. That said, Redmi hasn't been jealous of the resolutions. The three Redmi Note 11 are equipped with a Full HD + AMOLED screen (2400 x 1080 pixels). We only note a slightly higher brightness for the Redmi Note 11 Pro at maximum power, compared to the Redmi Note 11 and Note 11S.

Comparison of technical characteristics
What changes can you see between the Redmi Note 10 and the Redmi Note 11? What really distinguishes the three versions of the Redmi Note 11? To know everything, you have to continue this comparison on the side of their respective technical sheets. Xiaomi distinguishes its three smartphones on the photo, performance, and charging part. For 5G compatibility, as we said above, you will have to turn to the Note 11 Pro 5G, the only version equipped with a 5G modem with its processor.
Power differences
Xiaomi hasn't cut corners in its processor choices. In total, the range has 3 different chips. The SoC of the Redmi Note 11 is a Snapdragon 680, that of the Redmi Note 11S and Note 11 Pro is a MediaTek Helio G96 and finally that of the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G a Snapdragon 695. We see that the Note 11S – although it is positioned below the Note 11 Pro – has the same processor and performance.
In our opinion, the Helio G96 processor will be much more comfortable than the “small” Snapdragon 680. So prefer the Note 11S or the Note 11 Pro. Their chip will also consume less energy and you will be able to enjoy additional autonomy.
Depending on your choice, the Redmi Note 11 will be offered with 4 or 6 GB of RAM, 64 or 128 GB of storage. For the Redmi Note 11S, 11 Pro and 11 Pro 5G, 6 or 8 GB of RAM with 64 or 128 GB of storage. Thus, the internal space criterion is not to be taken into account in your choice between Redmi Note 11, 11S and 11 Pro. No 5G therefore on all versions, but no Wifi 6 either. The different Redmi Note 11 are housed in the same boat with Wifi 5 compatibility and Bluetooth 5.1.
Autonomy and charging
Second major point among the differences between the Note 11, the Note 11S and the Note 11 Pro, the battery. All of these Redmi Note 11 recover the same battery as the previous Redmi Note 10. It delivers 5000 mAh. It's hard to do bigger... So in order to continue to offer improved smartphones compared to their predecessors, Xiaomi has played the charging card.
Prefer the Redmi Note 11 Pro and 5G Pro which now offer ultra-fast charging at 67W. With it, you can get a full charge in less than 30 minutes. Otherwise, the Redmi Note 11 is satisfied with a 33W recharge, which is already very fast (allow one hour for a full recharge). All products are equipped with a USB-C plug.
Cameras
To be able to rank among the most popular smartphones and at less than 300 euros, Xiaomi has integrated good photo sensors into its product. For the price, the Redmi Note 10 was already doing well. Now, the Redmi Note 10 goes a little further, especially on its Pro version. But as you will see, the 11S version is also very well equipped. If you want to buy the Redmi Note 11 for its photo-price ratio, know that the Redmi Note 11S is as well equipped as the Redmi Note 11 Pro, for a lower price.
This is how the Redmi Note 11S and Note 11 Pro integrate a main sensor of 108 megapixels. The module opens at ƒ/1.9 and it is signed Samsung. It is complemented by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with an angle of 118 degrees. The Redmi Note 10 is limited to a main module of 50 Mpxl, which does not differentiate it much from the previous Note 10 and its 48 Mpxl sensor. In addition, it is also equipped with an ultra wide-angle of 118 degrees. For the front camera, count 13 Mpxl for the Redmi Note 11 and 16 Mpxl for the Redmi Note 11S and Note 11 Pro.
Redmi Note 11 vs 11S vs 11 Pro: price differences
Regarding French prices, Xiaomi tells us that we will have to wait until February to know the final prices. According to our information, the Redmi Note 11 should be marketed at 199 euros. The other models should not exceed the symbolic bar of 300 euros.

Conclusion: why buy a Redmi Note 11?
For our conclusion of this comparison of the differences between Redmi Note 11, Note 11S and Note 11 Pro, let's take stock of the range. While waiting for the French prices, here is the hierarchy between the models. First there is the Note 11. It is the least expensive and has the characteristics of the Note 10. Among the changes with the latter, there is the design, more robust and neat, the slightly improved camera and the arrival of an NFC chip.
Next, the Note 11S. It is halfway between the Note 11 and the Note 11 Pro. It recovers the same photo module and the same processor. That said, it gets the same screen as the classic Note 11, its 33W recharge or even its (weak) screen protection in Gorilla Glass 3.
The Note 11 Pro and Pro 5G cap the range. They are the most expensive, but offer all the novelties and improvements of the smartphone compared to the old Redmi Note 10. Thus, it will find Samsung's 108 Mpxl camera, 67W ultra-fast charging and the 120Hz AMOLED display.
In our opinion, Xiaomi once again signs the best smartphone under 300 euros on the market in this year 2022. The brand reiterates what it had done with the Note 10. The bias of the 3.5 mm jack at the expense of the enhanced water resistance is a nice touch. But note that Xiaomi no longer delivers earphones in its packaging, while the law has lifted this obligation (and all brands are now starting to save money).
We would have liked to see democratization of wireless charging on the Note 11 Pro to add another major argument. But we will still have to wait. Most customers will already be satisfied to be able to equip themselves with a device with a design and design like this new Redmi Note 11 and its FullHD+ AMOLED screen.
