A third-party tool, more efficient than the one offered by Microsoft, allows you to know in detail the reasons for the non-compatibility of your computer with the installation of Windows 11.
After introducing Windows 11 to the world, Microsoft released PC Health Check, a utility to determine if your PC meets the system requirements to be able to install Windows 11. Unfortunately, this tool remains very limited and in the event that it indicates that your machine does not meet the prerequisites for installing Windows 11, no details of what parts of the machine configuration are problematic are given. Your PC is not compatible, but you don't know why.

Fortunately, independent developers have looked into the matter and created WhyNotWin11, a small analysis tool that displays in detail the elements of the configuration that do not meet Microsoft's criteria. The utility, which is free to download, is open source and available on Github. Just launch it in administrator mode so that the analysis of your configuration is automatically launched.
The result then displays all blocking parameters. You will thus have all the elements in your possession to, perhaps, solve the problem and make your computer compatible with Windows 11, although the criteria put in place by Microsoft for the installation of its new operating system are very strict. and leave on the floor a good number of machines whose configuration currently remains quite acceptable.
